Using the Services, you accept all the terms of this Agreement, the UDRP (see below), the URS (see below) and all rules, guidelines or agreements that are published in relation to certain services and/or that may be accepted or applied by the Internet Corporation forSigned Names and Numbers (“ICANN”), a registration, agency or government. You can apply for pre-registration for certain domain names via our backorder/pre-registration service. For each domain name for which you apply for pre-registration, we will make reasonable attempts to acquire such a domain name on your behalf. We do not guarantee that your booking/pre-registration request will allow you to receive the domain name and we expressly reserve the right to refuse (1) additional booking/pre-registration requests or (2) to cancel existing booking/pre-registration requests at any time for any reason. If we refuse or cancel your booking/pre-registration request, we will immediately refund all fees paid for the booking/pre-registration application in the form of an account credit or, depending on our choice, as promotional credits (defined below). With the order/pre-registration requirement, you agree to the following additional conditions: Process Reactivation Period: For a period of approximately twenty-five (25) days after the end of the validity of domain name registration services, if applicable, depending on the domain name registration administrator, we may propose a procedure to renew expired domain name management services. We cannot, but we are not obliged to offer this process called the “reactivation period.” You take all the risks and consequences if you wait until shortly before or after the initial duration of domain name registration services expires to try to renew registration services for domain names. We may decide, at our sole discretion, not to propose a reactivation period and therefore we are not responsible. The process of extending the reactivation period may, if necessary, result in additional costs that we may set. We can provide out-of-date domain name services to third parties, we can auction the rights to expired domain name services (auctions start just before the end or after the end of the reactivation period) and/or expired domain name registration services can be re-listed to a third party at any time. “Unscrupulous property owners enter into sales contracts and accept huge deposits and serious advances and sell the property to others, resulting in a dispute between the original contract holder and the subsequent buyer.
